TUTORS

As part of our collaboration, each athlete will have access ​to tutors who will assist them in their academic endeavors. ​These experienced tutors will work closely with athletes to ​enhance their learning and help them reach their full ​potential both on and off the field.

Our strength and conditioning team designs effective training programs for ​athletes to enhance their physical performance. They work closely with each ​athlete to improve their strength, power, speed, agility, endurance, and flexibility. ​Our team will optimize your physical abilities and prepare them for peak ​performance to compete at the next level.

Our nutritionists collaborate with each athlete ​by assessing nutritional needs, creating meal ​plans, offering dietary recommendations, ​educating on hydration, addressing dietary ​restrictions, monitoring and adjusting plans, ​providing resources and education, staying ​updated on research, and supporting recovery ​strategies. They aim to tailor nutrition plans to ​meet athletes' specific needs and goals.
